Mission​
T.T.Y is committed to educating youths from all walks of life. Central to that commitment is the belief that learning is a continuous, expanding process that does not end when one graduates from high school or college or attains success in a career. T.T.Y supports and encourages the pursuit of intellectual and personal growth.
Our Work
We mentor youths starting at age 10. As a youth development non-profit, we use year-round, activities to engage students in long-term mentor based relationships. Our core value curriculum integrates character development, community service, values-based leadership development, social justice advocacy, and peer mentoring. Through each of our programs, T,T,,Y participants are encouraged to transform themselves and others for the better using our six core values of courage, discipline, integrity, wisdom, compassion, and humility.
